The Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade is running a selection process for subsidies for R&D (research and development) in the field of electronics production equipment
The goal is to stimulate the development and production of equipment, materials and CAD systems within the framework of the state programme “Scientific and Technological Development of the Russian Federation”.
Key technological areas:
- equipment and equipment components;
- key spare parts, components and key units, tools and accessories for equipment;
- special materials.
The outcome of grant provision is the sales volume of electronics production equipment developed within the framework of a comprehensive project, expressed in monetary terms, exceeding the amount of federal budget funds allocated for the implementation of the comprehensive project by at least 15 %.
The maximum amount of a subsidy requested by a selection participant within the framework of a comprehensive project is 2 500 million rubles for the entire duration of the project (with an annual limit of 500 million rubles), provided that extra‑budgetary funds are raised in an amount of at least 10 % of the project cost.
The deadline for completing a comprehensive project is no more than 10 years, with R&D activities to be completed within 5 years.
