The head of Mordovia and the general director of Rosseti Volga discussed the development of the region's electric grid complex

On March 17, the Head of Mordovia, Artyom Zdunov, held a working meeting with Alexander Gavrilov, General Director of Rosseti Volga, at the House of the Republic. The meeting focused on the results of the autumn-winter period, preparations for the flood season, and the implementation of investment projects aimed at improving the reliability of electricity supply to consumers.

During the meeting, special attention was given to the current year's repair campaign, which includes plans to repair more than 30 substations, over 900 kilometers of power lines, and approximately 90 transformer substations. This will significantly improve the reliability and quality of electricity supply to residents of the republic, social institutions, and industrial enterprises.

"We continue to jointly implement projects that are strategically important for the region in the energy sector. They are already having a positive effect on the economy of Mordovia. The role of mechanisms that will synchronize the needs of the economy and the social sphere of Mordovia with the development of the electric grid infrastructure is important," Artem Zdunov emphasized.

Alexander Gavrilov noted the high level of cooperation with the leadership of the republic and confirmed the company's intention to continue systematic work in all areas of the energy company's activities: "We see a demand in the region for the development of the electric grid complex and are ready to provide it. The funds allocated for the repair program are our contribution to the reliable electricity supply in the republic. We are also in dialogue with the regional authorities on the investment component, so that the networks are reliable, modern, and ready for new loads."
