The Fourth Land Forum “Mastor” will be held in Saransk
The Mordovia Development Corporation will partner the annual interregional land forum “Mastor” for the fourth time. This year, the event will be held in Saransk on May 28–29.
The forum traditionally brings together experts, government representatives, academics, and the business community to discuss key challenges and prospects for the land and property sector.
The forum will open with a plenary session titled “Sustainable Development of the Land and Property Sector: Balancing Openness, Digitalisation, and Information Security”. This year’s focus is on corporate governance and information security — issues gaining particular importance in the digital age. Finding a balance between openness, efficiency, and security will be the main topic of discussions.
The forum’s programme includes thematic sections covering a wide range of current topics:
- Digital Reality: Experience and Innovation;
- Growth Territory: Integrating Construction, Investment, and International Practices;
- Land in Russia: Laws and Practices in the Land Sector;
- Cadastral Valuation as a Tool for Territorial Capitalisation;
- Corporate Governance: Challenges and Solutions.
In addition to subject‑specific discussions, participants will enjoy business simulation games, roundtables, informal networking, and sports events — a friendly football match and tennis games. The forum will conclude with a vibrant gala dinner.
