The final congress of the leaders of the SUPPORT OF RUSSIA was held in Mordovia
From November 19 to November 21, Saransk hosted the congress of the leaders of OPORA RUSSIA and the NP OPORA Association. The event has become one of the key events for representatives of small and medium-sized businesses in Russia.
The forum program included a series of thematic sessions on topical issues of small and medium-sized business development. The participants in the discussions were experts-members of OPORA RUSSIA, representatives of government authorities, digital platforms and financial organizations. The key topic of the forum was e-commerce as a growth driver for SMEs. During the congress, the prospects of bringing regional manufacturers to marketplaces, best practices of corporate family policy, as well as challenges in the field of intellectual property were discussed in detail. The experts shared practical recommendations on countering counterfeit products and gray imports, as well as outlined trends in the development of the halal industry in Russia.
On the final day of the congress, a specialized session "Protection of entrepreneurs' rights in modern conditions: practice and new approaches using the example of the Republic of Mordovia" was held. The experts spoke about the experience of government authorities, business associations, the Commissioner for the Protection of Entrepreneurs' Rights and digital human rights platforms in this area. The session participants also got acquainted with the best practices of the dialogue between business and government. The moderator of the platform was Dmitry Petrovichev, Vice President of OPORA RUSSIA, Managing Director of the Bureau for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs and Investors of OPORA RUSSIA.
