Applications for preferential lending from Vysokotekh are being accepted
The program was developed by the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia and the SME Corporation to support small technology companies (STCs). Funding is provided for investment purposes and to replenish working capital.
The program's conditions are as follows:
- a rate of only 8.5% per annum;
- up to 1 billion rubles;
- up to 3 years.
Who can receive support?
- legal entities included in the STC Registry;
- at least 2 years of operation;
- annual revenue is from 100 million to 4 billion rubles;
- the revenue growth rate (CAGR) over 2 years is at least 10%;
- the main activity is a priority.
Important restrictions:
- they are not foreign legal entities;
- they do not engage in excise activities;
- they do not engage in the extraction/sale of minerals;
- they do not have active loans under the programs of RF Government Decree No. 1764 or No. 1598.

Applications are accepted on the digital platform of SME.RF. Lending is carried out by the SME Bank.
